We acknowledge that many barriers are systemic, not personal.

We recognize that rest is not a reward to be earned.

Data and Privacy

Minimal collection: We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

No advertising: Your data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Private by default: Your practice history and preferences are private.

Anonymous access: Many features can be used without creating an account.

Data deletion: You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Accountability

We maintain a public accessibility roadmap.

We respond to access requests and feedback.

We compensate people with lived experience who contribute to our design process.

We acknowledge our limitations and ongoing learning.
