Volume stability
Audio never auto-plays. Volume levels are consistent and predictable.
Captions
All audio content includes captions when available.

Full text transcripts are provided for audio-based practices.
User Control
Pause and stop
Every practice has visible pause and exit controls. You can leave at any time.
No timers
Countdown timers are never shown unless you specifically enable them.
Slow mode
All interactions can be slowed down. There is no time pressure.
Privacy and Dignity
Minimal data
We collect only what is necessary. Your practice history is private.
Optional anonymity
Access requests can be submitted anonymously. No account is required to use most features.
No advertising trackers
We measure which pages help, using our own cookieless analytics that honors Do Not Track and records crisis and check-in pages as a visit only. On a Care Pack you can tap a 1 to 10 reading at the start and again at the end; if you do, those two numbers are sent anonymously so we can see whether the pack helped. Nothing is sent unless you tap, the pairing dies when you close the tab, and it is never linked to you. We never use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
